Refund Policy

Engagement-Based Billing

nRich IT does not sell products or courses through this website. Our services are delivered under a signed statement of work, master services agreement, or engagement letter, which sets out the fees, milestones, and payment schedule specific to that engagement. This policy explains our general approach to payments and cancellations; the signed engagement document always takes precedence where the two differ.

Discovery Workshops

Fees for a paid discovery workshop are due in advance and are non-refundable once the workshop has been delivered. If nRich IT needs to reschedule a confirmed workshop, we will offer an alternative date at no additional cost.

Project & Retainer Engagements

For fixed-scope projects, dedicated-team retainers, and managed-services engagements, fees already invoiced for work completed or team time already committed are non-refundable. Where an engagement is terminated with notice under its agreement, any fees paid in advance for future periods not yet delivered will be reconciled and refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any non-recoverable costs already committed on the client’s behalf.

Cancellations by nRich IT

If we are unable to deliver a scheduled engagement due to circumstances within our control, we will notify you as early as possible and offer either a rescheduled delivery plan or a refund of fees paid for the undelivered portion of work.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
